I dont recommend this company to anyone. I've been a excellent customer for a year. I always paid them of within 30days. I got behind for 1 month so I called the corporate office to see what I needed to do. I talked with a nice lady Mary Ann and she set me up with the Rapid program and I thought everything was fine. I made my payment ontime and the next thing my acct went into default status??? I made my payment over the phone on a weekend.According to them they cannot do any business on the weekend and it didnt get posted until that Monday. A few days later I get a call from corporate office stating my payment is not posted and they can't find it??So a gentlemen Vince decided to place a EFT fund from my banking acct 500 dollars the same week. I was one HOT LADY!!! Still as of today my problem is not solve. DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY MAKE IT YOUR LAST RESULT. |
