I visited a local branch and was not felt ignored. It had been raining and a car had splashed me and I did not look the best but I was not asked anything about my credit which is excellent, I have a nice home, have been a home owner for 10 years. And these people just decided to treat me because I had a bad day.
I was very friendly, said hello and asked a few questing. None of the answers made any sense. It was confusing. I would never visit this business again.
Take my advice: try someplace else.
